Who are we ?
Founded in 1993, Limajari Cargo is a Franco-Balinese freight forwarder that specializes in the export of goods from Bali to the world. Our dedicated customer service team, fluent in Indonesian, English, and French, ensures smooth communication throughout the logistics process.
Furthermore, the company’s name, Limajari Cargo, was inspired by its original five members. Specifically, “Lima” means five in Indonesian, and “jari” means fingers. Together, they symbolize the full hand of logistic services that we offer. Additionally, we are also known as PT. Limajari Interbhuana, often shortened to simply Limajari.

Limajari Cargo has evolved over the years to offer a comprehensive range of services to our customers. We began by focusing solely on shipping, but have since expanded our offerings to include a variety of logistics and storage services to meet the needs of our clients.
We start by picking up goods from our customers’ suppliers, then professionally storing, packing, and loading them for shipment. Our customer service agent serves as the main point of contact for the customer and coordinates the expedition, while the back-office departments handle tasks such as licensing and documentation, accounting, and coordinating sea and air freight.
In summary, Limajari Cargo offers a variety of options for shipping both commercial and private goods, including sea freight (FCL, LCL & Consolidation) and air freight (with couriers such as DHL, FedEx-TNT, or major airlines). We strive to provide our customers with all the services they need for a successful freight expedition.
Limajari Cargo (around 170 employees) is divided into two main divisions: the office and the warehouses.
The office is organized with departments such as customer service, accounting, human resources, IT, procurement, legal & document, and management. Each department has its own head to lead and manage its respective areas.
Our 8 warehouses (located on 4 sites) are semi-autonomous and overseen by a dedicated director. Each warehouse is staffed with a chief, a secretary, and various packing list agents, packers, and stuffers. They are also equipped with their own fleet of vehicles, drivers, and assistant drivers to ensure the timely delivery of your goods.
The warehouse management office has its own administrative staff to work in coordination with the main office for seamless execution of logistics operations.
When you entrust us with your shipment, we will assign you a dedicated customer service agent who will be your primary point of contact for managing your shipment. This agent is supported by a robust back-office team that coordinates all information with the various departments and the designated warehouse to ensure your shipment is delivered on time and to your satisfaction.
