Paying our invoice

Mean of payment

Paying our invoice is easy.
The Indonesian currency is the Indonesian rupiah (“IDR” or “Rp”). Due to economic and political reasons, IDR exchange rates often vary with the US dollar (“USD”) and the European currency (“EUR”). Therefore, Limajari Cargo always invoices its services in USD.

Important notice: it does not concern the money management service by Limajari Cargo (payment of your suppliers is done in IDR, see the money management page for more information).

Payment method

Our charges have to be paid prior to the arrival of your shipment at the destination. In order to give some flexibility to our customers, Limajari Cargo offers several ways of payment. Such as cash, bank transfer, or credit card. Our invoices are in IDR for all local transactions (in accordance with Indonesian law) and in USD for all international transactions.

About international bank transfer

It may take from 4 days to 2 weeks for an Indonesian bank to receive a wire transfer from abroad.

To avoid making several transfers,  make it clear to your bank that all banks costs (origin/intermediate -if any- and destination) will be at your charge.

Alternative to bank transfer

Wise

In order to minimize delays and costs, we advise you to consider online transfers such as Wise. Our customers are usually happy with this service. And it is generally faster and cheaper than a bank transfer.
