Money management

One transfer. We handle the rest.

When you are sourcing from several suppliers in Bali at once, the payment side gets complicated fast. Each supplier has their own invoice, their own deposit requirement, their own balance due on completion. Each international wire transfer costs bank fees, takes time, and involves an exchange rate decision. For buyers working with five, ten, or more suppliers on a single order, it becomes a job in itself.

Our money management service simplifies all of that. You send a single transfer to Limajari Cargo, and we pay your suppliers directly on your behalf: deposits when due, balances on completion, all based on your instructions. Nothing moves without your approval.

This service is available for both air freight and sea freight shipments.

How it works in practice

We hold your funds in a dedicated account and disburse them to your suppliers as you instruct us. Your account with us can be maintained in USD, IDR, or both, depending on how you prefer to work.

One thing worth knowing: under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015, all financial transactions conducted within Indonesia must be settled in Indonesian Rupiah. This is a national law, not a policy of ours. It means that when we pay your Bali suppliers, those payments are always made in IDR, regardless of what currency you hold with us. If your account is in USD, we convert to IDR at the time of each supplier payment.

If you transfer funds to our IDR account from abroad in a foreign currency, what counts is the amount actually received in IDR after your bank’s conversion. That is the figure your account with us will reflect.

What it costs

We charge a small service fee on the amount received into your account with us. The fee covers the administration of receiving, tracking, and disbursing your funds across all your suppliers. Contact us for details.

Full visibility on your funds

On request, we provide two documents so you can track everything:

A statement of account, showing all amounts received and all payments made on your behalf.
A supplier payment summary, detailing each invoice, the deposit paid, and the outstanding balance.

Both are available in PDF or Excel format.

One important principle

We act strictly on your instructions. We do not make decisions on your behalf, and we do not release funds to any supplier without your explicit direction. Your money moves only when and where you tell us.
