Pickup
We collect your goods from anywhere in Bali, and we make sure they’re ready for what comes next.
Sourcing from multiple suppliers across the island is normal for our clients. One in Ubud, another in Gianyar, a third in Denpasar. Coordinating pickups across all of them, making sure everything is ready and accounted for before it moves, is something we do every day.
Our fleet of 25+ vehicles covers all of Bali. Smaller pickups for lighter loads, Isuzu trucks for larger consignments, and a forklift for anything that needs serious lifting, whether at our warehouse or at your supplier’s site.
How it works
Before we send anyone out, we need the invoices from your supplier. That’s what our team uses to check the goods on arrival, so it’s the one thing we always ask for upfront.
Payment to the supplier also needs to be settled before we collect, either directly between you and them, or through us if you’re using our money management service. Once that’s confirmed and you give us the go-ahead, we check that the goods are ready and schedule the pickup.
When our crew arrives, they verify everything against the invoice. If anything is fragile or needs securing before it goes on the truck, they handle that on the spot. From there, the goods come to our warehouse and packing begins.
Important note
Planning for FCL shipments: if you’re sending a full container, your goods need to reach our warehouse at least 7 working days before the container stuffing date. That window covers packing, documents, licenses, and fumigation — all the steps between your goods leaving Bali and the ship setting sail. It sounds like a lot of time but it goes quickly, especially when licenses are involved. If you’re not sure how to plan your timeline, our sea freight page covers it, or just get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.
